Law School English Requirements

Postgraduate Taught (PGT): Applicants currently taking an LLM at another UK university (Direct Entry only): BAND E (with minimum WRITING level requirement of IELTS 6.5/TOEFL iBT 25/ Cambridge Scale 176 / Pearson Academic 62 )

Postgraduate Taught (PGT) Direct Entry: BAND B+

Postgraduate Taught (PGT) Pre-Sessional Entry: BAND B

Band B+	IELTS Requirement
6 Week Pre-sessional	7.0 (no component under 6.0, writing minimum 6.5)
10 Week Pre-Sessional	6.5 (no component under 6.0, writing minimum 6.5)
Band B
6 Week Pre-sessional	7.0 (no component under 6.0)
10 Week Pre-Sessional	6.5 (no component under 6.0)
